EASY
In Yin Yoga we hold from 6-12 positions during class from 2-4 mints each. Static, relaxing , working on 50-70% of flexibility in order to work on fascia, connective tissue. Each class focus on a theme- shoulders openers, hips openers, lower back etc.

AROMA YIN

EASY
Aroma Yin Yoga - We use essential oils for enhanced yoga practice and health, expect to relax and receive the massage. This class aimed for total relaxation of body&mind.

MINDFUL YOGA

EASY
A slow, soft approach to yoga. Focus: working within your body/mind limitations. Deep stretches and slow movement.

SLOW FLOW

MODERATE
Slow dynamic class aiming for opening &stretching our body. It is a feel good class.

MOBILITY&FLEXIBILITY

EASY
Mobility refers to our ability to move freely without stress on the body. Our flexibility is dependent on the range of motion of our muscles. Mobility training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles. It is not a fast paced class, we work on stability and control of our joints and muscles

CORE FLOW

MEDIUM
Dynamic class designed to strengthen the core muscles so be prepared to be in plank, to challenge your balance, to do some ´tummy training´ and some fun with arm balances, inversions. Class for those who are familiar with yoga positions.

POWER FLOW

MEDIUM
This class is created for those who are familiar with dynamic yoga and practice yoga min 6months. Sweaty&fun class.

PILATES FOR BEGINNERS

EASY
The main principles are: breathing, concentration, control and centring, this last one is the vocal point of the pilates method, is a group of muscles in the center of the body- back, hips, buttocks and inner things- as the power house or core.
