Are you curious about Yoga? Are you a little unsure of how or where to start? Are you eager to learn more in an intimate setting?
A 2h 'beginners workshop' to discover the essential principles of Yoga and to establish an important, solid foundation to practice yoga safely with awareness.
Workshop will consist of yoga class where you get to know Sun Salutation A&B, break down of yoga posses used in Sun Salutation A& B, wrist clinic and breathing technics. Main concept for this workshop is to learn how to practice safely for your body. We are all different and we hold tension in different parts of our bodies so it is important to adjust poses so yoga can feel good. Join&Enjoy the Yoga Tribe :)

Looking to relieve tight neck and shoulder muscles? We all suffers from tension in the upper body so learning how to release using yoga and self-massage is a self-care must.
In this workshop we will explore different asanas(Yoga poses) first with a slow yummy flow for our upper spine and neck, after that we will use therapy balls to release pockets of tension in the body also known as trigger points and ease them out to create, space, length and freedom. Last part of the workshop will consists of restorative, yin yoga enhance with aromatherapy and finished with facial massage (for those who wishes for it ). You will leave lighter, relax and renew, not to mention you will smell amazing.
