If yes, I've got the yoga workshop for you... This 2,5h yoga workshop will focus on yoga gentle flow& yin yoga to ease lower back pain and to improve hip mobility using blocks, blankets, and straps for added support. We will use therapy balls to release pockets of tension in the body also known as trigger points and ease them out to create, space, length and freedom. For whom is this workshop?: Ideal for all level students, beginners welcome. Join&Enjoy the Yoga Tribe :)

It’s no secret that we all suffer with a little stress from time to time ( read: most of the time 😂). Nowadays, we juggle work, family, maintaining relationships, meeting targets at work or school. We all really do feel it and live it...and deal with our own way. My way is YOGA and Aromatherapy. In this workshop you will learn stress-relieving techniques, breathing and yoga induce with aromatherapy which can soothes your busy mind and allow you to sleep better. This workshop includes journaling.
