We all suffers from tension in the upper body so learning how to release using yoga and self-massage is a self-care must.
In this workshop we will explore different asanas(Yoga poses) and use therapy balls to release pockets of tension in the body also known as trigger points and ease them out to create, space, length and freedom.
STRUCTURE OF THE WORKSHOP:
*Flow where we warm up upper body ( neck , shoulders and upper spine),
*trigger points massage with therapy balls
*complimentary restorative/ yin yoga poses to help you release, refresh and re-boot
*breathwork to calm down your nervous system.
