This summer as some of you are aware I have joined some fitness classes and while I enjoyed it, I really missed the part of relaxation, stretching, focus on breath so I created a class that will be a part of yoga, part of HIIT ( high intensity interval training-Tabata), part of stretching, part of relaxation.
It is totally new concept and the goal is a fusion between yoga &fitness so we can rip the benefits of both.
