Looking to relieve tight neck and shoulder muscles?
We all suffers from tension in the upper body so learning how to release using yoga and self-massage is a self-care must.
In this therapeutic workshop we will explore different asanas(Yoga poses) and use therapy balls to release pockets of tension in the body also known as trigger points and ease them out to create, space, length and freedom.
STRUCTURE OF THE WORKSHOP:
*Gentle Flow where we warm up upper body ( neck , shoulders and upper spine),
*Mobility for shoulders
*trigger points massage with balls
*complimentary restorative/ yin yoga poses to help you release, refresh and re-boot
*relaxation to calm down your nervous system.
