This 5 weeks course is a slow, soft approach to yoga. it is a combination of yin and gentle yoga. Deep stretches and slow movement.

Focus on releasing the tension in spine.

First 5 weeks we will take care of your upper spine: neck, shoulders, chest & upper spine.

After Autumn holidays we come back with another course of 5 weeks to focus on lower part of your spine, hips, pelvis and legs.

Excellent class to start your journey with yoga but also to start taking care of your spine. we aim for therapeutic approach for your spine.
